Methods and usage of rights and
interests:
Free quota reward:
For those who meet the activity conditions,
the free quota reward will be immediately distributed to the customer's rights and interests
center after completing each task (after the rights and interests are distributed, you can
check it by logging in WorldFirst foreign trade B2B Account).
The validity period of the free quota reward
for this activity is 60 days from the date of issuance. During The validity period, the free
quota reward can be superimposed.
When the user makes a single RMB
withdrawal/transfer transaction, the "free quota" can be seen on the transaction
confirmation page, and the withdrawal/transfer can be used by clicking the check box.
Foreign currency exchange rate voucher
reward:
For those who meet the activity conditions,
the foreign currency exchange rate voucher reward will be distributed to the customer's
rights and interests center within 3-5 working days after the first entry task is completed
(after the rights and interests are distributed, you can check it by logging in the foreign
trade B2B Account of WorldFirst ).
When a user performs currency exchange and a
single cross-currency withdrawal/transfer transaction, the foreign exchange rate discount
can be seen on the transaction confirmation page, which can be used by clicking the check
box.
*Foreign currency exchange rate coupons are only
applicable to currency exchange and cross-currency withdrawal/transfer transactions between the
nine major currencies of USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, AUD, JPY, NZD, SGD and CAD.
Other rules:
WorldFirst reserves the right of final
interpretation and decision for all matters relating to or in connection with this activity
(including terms and conditions and awards).
Your application for the activity and/or
registration of the WorldFirst foreign trade B2B account through this activity page means
that you consent to us sending you notifications regarding products, services, and marketing
discounts by email, SMS, etc.
This activity and any "free quota" reward is
only applicable to businesses registered in Chinese Mainland or Hong Kong, China who have
successfully opened a WorldFirst foreign trade B2B account.
"Free quota" refers to the amount WorldFirst
exempts from some or all single CNY withdrawal/transfer service fees for customers who
perform such withdrawals/transfers on their computers only (mobile apps are
excluded).
The "free quota" can be used only for
withdrawals /transfers in CNY. Computation of the withdrawal/transfer service fee to be
deducted from the “free quota” is based on the currency of the account from which the funds
are withdrawn/transferred from.
The final discount amount calculated after
deduction of "free quota" shall be subject to the algorithm adopted by WorldFirst.
Foreign currency exchange rate coupons refer
to coupons for currency exchange and single cross-currency withdrawal/transfer transactions
on the computer (PC) side. The coupons give you the right to enjoy foreign exchange rate
concessions for currency exchange and single cross-currency withdrawal/transfer transactions
using the WorldFirst foreign trade B2B account. They are not applicable to mobile-side
procedures.
Foreign currency exchange rate coupons are
only applicable to currency exchange and cross-currency withdrawal/transfer transactions
between the nine major currencies of USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, AUD, JPY, NZD, SGD and CAD.
The foreign currency exchange rates we
provide are subject to the relevant national or regional regulatory requirements. The final
discount rate is subject to the discount amount shown on the transaction page.
The FX Discount Coupon shall lapse after the
Offer Period and any unused FX Discount Coupons shall not be refundable or exchangeable for
cash.
This FX Discount Coupon cannot be used in
conjunction with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
To the extent permitted by law, WorldFirst
has the right to change or adjust the terms of the activity, or suspend or cancel the the
activity at any time, without liability to any customer. Relevant changes or adjustments
will be published on the event page or notified to customers in an appropriate
manner.
Participants need to bear all the expenses
which may be incurred (excluding the rewards obtained by meeting the conditions of the
activity) when participating in this activity.
The WorldFirst foreign trade B2B account
refers to the World Account service for B2B businesses registered in Chinese Mainland and
Hong Kong, China. The World Account service is a service provided by Alipay Merchant

The terms and conditions of this activity
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes
arising from or in connection with the event shall be referred to and finally resolved by
arbitration in Singapore administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre
(“SIAC”), in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC.
